Data protection declaration
The purpose of this data protection declaration is to inform you and the public about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data collected, used and processed by us and at the same time to inform you about your rights.
1 Definitions
Our data protection declaration is based on the terms of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DS-GVO). When we refer to the following terms in our privacy policy, we mean the following meaning:

Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “data subject”). - Person responsible or the person responsible for the processing
The data controller or controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, institution or other body which alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data. Where the purposes and means of such processing are laid down by Union law or by the law of the Member States, the controller or the specific criteria for his appointment may be laid down in accordance with Union law or the law of the Member States.
- Contract processors
Processor is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller.
- Receiver
Recipient is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body to which personal data is disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party or not. However, authorities which may receive personal data under Union law or the law of the Member States within the framework of a particular investigation mandate shall not be regarded as recipients.
- Third parties
A third party is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body other than the data subject, the data processor, the data processor and the persons authorised to process the personal data under the direct responsibility of the data processor or the data processor.
- Consent
Consent shall mean any informed and unequivocal expression of will voluntarily given by the data subject in the particular case in the form of a declaration or other clear affirmative act by which the data subject indicates his or her consent to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

Collection of general data and information
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. Registration and ordering on our website
When you register on our website or create a user account, personal data is also collected from you. We would like to point out that although registration may provide further access to the contents of our websites, it is not a mandatory requirement for the use of our website. The personal data transferred to the controller is determined by the respective input mask used for registration. The personal data entered by the data subject are collected and stored exclusively for internal use by the controller and for the data subject’s own purposes. If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter (regular promotional information e-mail with offers or other information from our company), the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose and will not be passed on to third parties.
This includes information relevant to the service or registration. The validity of the email address is checked using the “double-opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, the order of the newsletter is checked by sending a confirmation e-mail and the reply. Further data will not be collected.
The unsubscription from the newsletter (revocation of consent) is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter. You will not incur any additional costs for the objection that exceed the regular transport costs (e.g. costs for a telephone call). Sending the newsletter
Established customers
We reserve the right to regularly send you offers for similar goods or services from our range by e-mail. Pursuant to § 7 para. 3 UWG, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you for this. In this respect, data processing is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalised direct advertising pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you an e-mail. You are entitled to object to the use of your e-mail address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the person responsible named at the beginning. For this you only have to pay the transmission costs according to the basic tariffs. Your email address will be removed from the mailing list after your subscription has been received.
Contact via the website
If you send us enquiries via contact form or e-mail, your details from the enquiry form or e-mail, including the contact data you have provided there, will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and or contacting the person concerned. We do not pass these data on to third parties. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. The data will be processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The personal data collected for the use of the contact form will be deleted automatically after your request has been processed. You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing at any time.
Comment function in the blog on the website
If comments are made on our site, the chosen user name is recorded and stored in addition to this information, so that illegal content can also be prosecuted to ease our workload.
- Storage period
We store the personal data collected for the processing of your order and transmitted to us until the expiry of the statutory retention obligation. Your data will then be deleted by us unless we are obliged to store it for a longer period due to tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) or you have consented to further storage in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
- Obligation to make available – possible consequences of failure to make available
The provision of personal data is partly prescribed by law (tax law) or may result from contractual regulations (transparency of the contractual partner). Failure to provide personal data would preclude the conclusion of a contract and will therefore not take place. The person responsible will provide you with any information about the provision of personal data as required by law or contract.
- Existence of automated decision making
We do not use automated decision making or profiling.
- Routine deletion and blocking of personal data
When the storage period described above under 5. has expired, the personal data is routinely deleted.
- Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- 15 DSGVO: You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if these have not been collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on their details;
- 16 DSGVO: You have the right to request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us;
- 17 DSGVO: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- 18 DSGVO: You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have filed an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
- 20 DSGVO: You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to have it transmitted to another person responsible;
- 7 para. 3 DSGVO: You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future;
- 77 DSGVO: You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our company headquarters about data processing (right of appeal).
- Cookies
So that we can optimally design and further optimize the functional scope and the technical presentation of our website, we use so-called “cookies”. - Payment processing
PayPal or Skrill
Components of PayPal/Skrill are integrated on our website. PayPal/Skrill is an online payment service provider. Payments are processed via accounts that represent virtual private or business accounts. In addition, PayPal/Skrill offers the option of processing virtual payments via credit cards if a user does not have an account.
